What does sputnik mean anyway?

In Russian, sputnik means "fellow traveler". This seemed like a perfect fit because as a long time dog lover, I have always had a furry friend to accompany me on all of life's adventures. I am passionate about schnauzers and helping other families experience the joy of this fun and intelligent breed.

We are a small, hobby breeder with only a few puppies a year. Our dogs live inside the house, sleep in our bed, and are spoiled rotten.
